Hosted at the Womanly Wellness Center, this 2-hour experience takes place in a space designed exclusively for women — not a spa, not a clinic, but an immersive destination for feminine well-being in the heart of Jumeirah, Dubai.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to prepare simple, high-protein, fiber-rich meals that support stable energy, balanced blood sugar, and hormone health — without complicated recipes or hours in the kitchen.

What we’ll create together:
* A seed cycling mix to gently support hormonal balance
* A high-protein breakfast to keep blood sugar steady and energy consistent
* A versatile noodle jar, shown three ways: stir-fry, soup, and poke-style bowl
